We’ll show you how VCore keeps after the leads and estimates your service writers don’t have time to chase. Tell us when you’re usually free and we’ll email you to confirm a time — there’s no automatic calendar booking, so nothing is scheduled until we confirm with you.
The walkthrough uses a fictional shop and fictional customers. Names, vehicles, and amounts are sample data, not real results.
1. A lead comes in
Calls, web forms, and manual entries land in the Leads CRM with a pipeline stage. You can add and move leads today.
Sample: “Maria G. — 2017 Camry, brake noise, Henderson”
2. Follow-up is scheduled
Automation rules (immediate, 2-hour, next-morning, day 3, day 7) are configured per workspace. Text messages send only after a phone/SMS provider is connected.
Sample: “Hi Maria, thanks for reaching out to Desert Line Auto…”
3. Estimates get tracked
The estimate pipeline shows sent, viewed, and won estimates with dollar values, and estimate follow-up rules remind customers who haven’t decided.
Sample: “Front pads + rotors — $412 — sent 2 days ago”
4. Appointments and reviews
Book appointments on the built-in calendar, queue reminders, and create review requests after the job is done.
Sample: “Thu 9:00 AM — drop-off — reminder queued”
